Duties for the day

Please try to ensure that you are at the Evesham Rowing Club at 9.30 and observe the following points.

a) Tick off each member on his arrival on the attendance sheet.

b) If apologies are given to you for a member, then write “AP” against his name.

c) Collect £3.00 from each member in cash or cheque.

d) Balance the receipts with the members present.

e) Give the cash and cheques to the treasurer.

f) In the event of you being unable to attend please notify the assistant Secretary and try to nominate a replacement
